PRODUCT CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

In my previous role, I was responsible for building Zebra Reflexis' first ever on-demand product certification program for customers and internal employees. The goal was to increase consistency of product accuracy internally and build a new stream of revenue selling the program to partners externally. We achieved this through a series of interactive e-learning courses, certification exams, and cross-platform metrics.
